iPhone’s mailbox is a folder that you can use to sort your emails in. In the Mail app, you can use standard mailboxes—like Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Trash—or you can create custom mailboxes. If you want the Mail app to sort your emails automatically, you can also use Smart Mailboxes.
Tech Giant Google has introduced an integrated inbox for many accounts in the Gmail iOS app. The feature is already available in Android Gmail App. So far, iOS users were able to use more than one Gmail account, but there was a need to switch to access inbox between accounts.
The latest update is expected to roll out in 15 or more days for all end users. After the update, iPhone users will need to select the ‘All Inbox’ view from the left-hand drawer. Once selected, all emails from different accounts will be shown in the same list.
View Email from Multiple Accounts
A Google Blog Says “You can view email from multiple accounts, Be it your work or personal, G suit or non-G Suit, in the Gmail iOS app. but you’ve traditionally needed to toggle between different inboxes to do so. To save you time, we’re now making it possible to view emails from multiple accounts in a single inbox on an iOS device. The same way you can with the Gmail Android app“. Further, Google says that the users need not worry as no email will be shared between accounts, either work or personal.
New Features on the Emailing Platform
Recently, Search Giant introduced several new features on the emailing platform. One of the new rolled features allows customers to check their calendars, notes, task lists, and other G-suite applications without leaving the tab. This is especially helpful when you are writing an email and some information needs to be examined immediately. Introducing ‘compose-action’ feature saves time to switch between different tabs and makes it easy to attach a file to a third-party cloud storage platform.
Use iPhone’s mailbox to organize emails
Sort emails automatically with Smart Mailboxes
A Smart iPhone’s Mailbox gathers all emails that meet certain criteria, like unread emails or emails from VIPs, so you can find them in one place. The Mail app automatically sets up Smart Mailboxes for you to use.
Create custom mailboxes
Create custom mailboxes to sort your emails into categories like work, family, and more. You can find your new mailbox in the Mailboxes list under the account where you created it. You can also create a shortcut for a custom mailbox so you can find it at the top of the Mailboxes list.
Move emails to a mailbox
After you create a custom iPhone’s mailbox, you can move emails to it. Here are a few ways:
Despite the fact that email is far from the newest and most exciting digital marketing channel, it remains one of the most productive for countless companies. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to automate and optimize many aspects of your email marketing program, such as content, send times and frequency. In turn, you can be confident that you’re moving the needle to maximize engagement and conversions. For example, AI could ideally predict the content and offer that are most likely to drive an individual customer to convert, along with the best time of day and the frequency that is most likely to keep them engaged.
Here’s a look at how AI is being applied to email marketing:
Multivariate and A/B Testing
Sophisticated email marketers have been using multivariate and A/B testing for years but AI and ML allow marketers to perform testing in ways that weren’t possible before.
A growing number of technology vendors offer AI-powered testing platforms that enable marketers to create more robust tests, more quickly identify trends and make predictions, and identify subtle differences between tests that might go unnoticed without the assistance of AI.
The subject line and copy optimization
What subject lines and email copy will produce the best results? For years, marketers have struggled to remove the guesswork from creating the perfect email – without much success. Email marketers can let AI determine which subject lines, body copy and calls-to-action recipients are most likely to respond to.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) allows Email Marketing platform to learn what resonates best with a specific marketer’s audience. These platforms then use natural language technology to create subject lines, body copy and calls-to-action that not only sound like they were written by a human but are consistent with the language typically used by the brand.
Send time optimization with AI
When it comes to optimizing the success of an email marketing campaign, few details are too small to ignore. Take send times. For years, marketers have recognized that when they send emails can have a meaningful impact on opens and clicks.
Artificial intelligence, however, offers an even better approach: instead of making big assumptions and creating large segments, it is possible for a machine to learn when each individual recipient is most likely to open an email and then optimize send time on a per-subscriber basis.
Doing this manually would be all but impossible, but it’s easy to work for machines and a growing number of vendors have incorporated it into their platforms.
Manage Promotional Campaigns
Often, brands miss out on revenue opportunities by giving subscribers the wrong promotion or offer. While some subscribers might convert with a lower offer (for example 25 percent off versus 40 percent), others might only engage with an offer when it cuts the price by a certain dollar amount. It’s easy to see how the wrong offer could lead to a loss of revenue for you, but it’s almost impossible to accurately predict the right offer using humans alone.
The right tool can collect and learn from consumer purchase history data over time and determine which types of offers perform best for each subscriber. This might be a combination of a percent off and free shipping, a certain dollar amounts off or nothing at all. Whatever it is, AI technology can help you drive more revenue from your promotional campaigns.
AI is an increasingly important part of marketing automation platforms, as they can help these platforms identify the behaviors and events that should trigger email-based marketing communications, and determine how the messages delivered should be tailored to produce the desired results.
Did You Know Press Releases can negatively affect SEO if they are not done the right way? Press Releases with SEO in 2019 is a way of distributing and announcing events to the press. Google defines them as “an official statement issued to newspapers giving information on a particular matter”.
Usually, they come in written format, but they can also be in audio or video format. Once someone has an event and wants it to become more popular, the best way to do it is to get the media’s attention, quickly and effectively. But how can they do that? Well, the answer is press releases. You write a piece of content that will then be distributed to news publishers that might be interested.
The thing is, however, that it’s pretty hard to get the media’s attention. It’s even harder for editors, who constantly bombarded with news topics from all directions. They need to filter and curate them in order to publish only the best, most interesting news. And this is how Press Release Platforms like VMAYO.COM were created. Instead of sending your press release to news publishers. You post the press release on one of these popular distribution platforms where reporters and news publishers hang out to find interesting topics.
How Do Press Releases Help SEO in 2019
Having information about your company or an event published on big news sites is not only beneficial for your brand, but also for SEO.
How, you might ask? In most part, it’s about backlinks. If news publishers start talking about you, not only can you get backlinks from the news sites themselves, which hold a very high amount of equity, but you can also score a high number of backlinks from other webmasters who will read the news.
We all know that building backlinks are one of the most difficult tasks for SEO. Building high-quality backlinks are even harder. And don’t even get me started on how hard it is to do all this naturally. They without buying them or using risky tricks such as Black Hate.
Well, Press Releases combine all the 3 above, which makes it probably the best link building method available.
Why? Well, it helps you build links rather quickly, the links are high quality and they’re all also completely natural and won’t result in any penalties.
If done right, of course. If not, it’s a waste of time and it can result in penalties
Prevent The Press Release From Being Spam
Instead of focusing on what’s important and improving their business in ways that will produce interesting news stories, people distribute as many ‘Press Releases’ as possible to as many press release platforms as possible.
Some platforms are free and make money out of advertising so they have no problem with people coming here and posting their ‘news’.
But even the paid ones are full of irrelevant ‘news’ articles. With webmasters asking for hundreds of dollars for a backlink or guest post, Press Releases are the cheap way of getting some initial backlinks.
These posts are way too long for a press release (because Google loves longer content, right?) and full of keyword rich anchor text links, which naturally attract penalties.
This way, the quality of the press release websites starts to decline. Very few companies and websites (one of them being VMAYO) still manage to keep the site relevant.
This way, instead of posting a press release just for the sake of getting a backlink, you will focus on posting a press release that will actually attract the attention of a reporter
Use Nofollow Links
You might be wondering yourself: “Won’t nofollow links be useless?”
no. I’ve already written about how nofollow backlinks can help your website rank better.
Second, the nofollow links will only be used on the press release websites. It considering these sites index their content on Google. Any other links that you will obtain as a result of a successful press release will be a mix of both nofollow and dofollow links, depending on the internal policies of the websites that link to you.
But why use no follow links
The reason is that nofollow links reduce most risks of penalty. Google says that you shouldn’t be building or buying backlinks. Since the links on press releases either built manually or paid for. Then Google’s Guidelines require them to be nofollow.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not necessarily a Google fanboy but if you don’t want to risk anything, then it’s the right way to go.
Press Releases Still Worth It in 2019
Unless we will be dominated by some advanced form of artificial intelligence that will watch our every step, publishers will always be in need of news topics. Without pushing yourself out, there’s virtually no chance of ever gaining any popularity.
Press releases can start a chain reaction not only with backlinks but also with social media likes shares and comments. So, as long as we will have news, Press Releases will be useful.
With the SEO community pulling itself away from mass link building, “naturally” press releases became less popular.
However, if you’re focusing on the right things, which are improving your business, website, services or products and issue a press release focused on getting the media’s attention instead of grabbing a backlink, then press releases are more than worth it in 2019.
You don’t necessarily have to use press release platforms to make a press release effective. You might e-mail reporters personally or even message them on their social media profiles, such as LinkedIn or Twitter.
Press releases are useful for SEO in 2019 and will still be for many years to come. It as long as you don’t abuse their distribution to as many websites as you can. Although they’re not as popular in the SEO community as they used to be if done properly. A single press release can bring massive results.
I Strongly recommend you to do this High-level SEO Audit, every month for your website. SEO Audits contain both an internal analysis and external analysis. You gain a general understanding of your share of the Search Engine Optimization market (external) while identifying how well your website is optimized to obtain additional market share (internal). If you want to dig a little deeper into your market share, a more in-depth Search Engine Optimization Market Share Report can be created.
But, like most other things, you have to take this with a grain of salt.
Yes, a High-level SEO audit helps us determine how our website is performing. But, if you are a small website, you do not have to overdo it. Concentrating on stats can be a waste of time especially if there are other things that you have to take care of.
But, if you are a medium sized website and you noticed a drop in traffic, perhaps it’s better to perform a timely audit and discover the root of the problem.
Here are some High-level SEO Audit Which is your search engine optimization
1). Traffic Growth Audit
You have to check monthly organic traffic growth for each URL. Due to continuously changing Google algorithms and higher competitiveness in the SEO industry the chances are higher that each of your page rankings might increase or decrease which leads to a drop or growth in traffic.
Keeping an eye on all pages will help you improve content on drop pages, and regain the lost traffic.
Of course, it will take a lot of time to create this report. I created a small tutorial which will help you get this report ready in less than 10 minutes
2). Link Growth Audit
Links are the backbone of SEO. I strongly recommend you to check your backlinks(root domains) every month.
Let’s assume that last month you have 300 backlinks to your website if you have 350 backlinks then it’s quite natural. However, if you see 500 or 1000+ Backlinks then it’s quite suspicious. Sometimes you will see 10 times more backlinks. It’s a clear indication that somebody is trying to harm your website. This personally happened with one of our websites.
Always keep an eye on new backlinks. If you find any spam backlinks, kindly add them to the disavow file.
3). Technical SEO Audit
Sometimes we may overlook some technical mistakes which will lead to a drop in traffic. For example:
Indexed pages will be higher than the original pages on the website.
Page speed for each page will go down due to a few tech updates.
A website will have downtime due to hosting issues.
Hackers will install malicious scripts etc.
I strongly recommend having a weekly check for technical issues, so that you can prevent major traffic drops.

The cloud technology has opened more than a few doors in the small-business sector, providing the capability for massive information processing tasks for companies of all sizes. Companies are using the cloud technology potential speaks to the versatility of the technology. The cloud technology is just like electricity a hundred years ago. It makes everything much more efficient and is an exponential enabler for the majority of the technologies of the future.
But just because cloud technology is “the new electricity” doesn’t mean you should adopt it without a specific business strategy. Here are five innovative benefits of cloud technology for your organization.
Benefits of Cloud Technology
Scaling cloud-based infrastructure is one of the fastest growing applications of cloud technology in 2018. Cloud-based data infrastructure is efficient, inexpensive, and responsive to demand. By paying only for the server load you need, your costs for data management can scale with use, providing the most economical solution for small businesses. The technology has made paying for massive local server space an obsolete practice.
Cloud-based office systems
In 2018, nearly every business is exploring collaborative work environments. Cloud-based office platforms such as Google’s G Suite and Microsoft Office 365 provide better support for group-based projects than traditional programs by allowing multiple users to work simultaneously; with all changes reflected in real-time across an unlimited number of devices.
Cloud-based office systems also drive location-independent office environments. The ability to collaborate over cloud services allows employees the flexibility and support to work remotely or to continue projects while away on conferences and trips. Other cloud-hosted services such as Skype keep lines of communication open between collaborating groups and managers.
Big Data Analytics
In 2018, more small businesses are beginning to utilize big data. Cloud computing gives them the processing power necessary to organize and use large quantities of data. Open-source platforms such as Hadoop and HPCC put these tools in the hands of small businesses and facilitate cloud-based computing to handle the heavy lifting.
Backup and Recovery
Cloud-based data storage helps address security concerns by building redundancy into a company’s information management approach. Hybrid systems that back up local data to the cloud in real time offer protection against security breaches, allowing companies to reduce their reliance on physical infrastructure and manual backups.
So how will your small business benefit from cloud technology? Cloud technology has the potential not just to improve information storage and security. But also the way we work with each other and the accuracy with which we make business decisions.

Digital marketing has a lot of components to it. Well-planned Strategies of Digital Marketing Traffic are like a well-oiled machine which churns out revenue for the business. But the fuel that drives this machine is traffic. There are two types of traffic: Free Traffic and Paid Traffic. In this article, we will learn which type of traffic is better and why.
Though we call traffic from search engines and social media “free” traffic, it is not really free. Content attracts traffic, but there is a lot of time and energy invested in its creation. And that has its costs. So the real question here is: where do I invest my digital marketing budget? In creating content that can generate traffic in the long term, in paid advertising channels that generate instant traffic? To find out the answer, we have to dive deep into understanding how traffic is generated in the first place.
There Are Some Strategies of Digital Marketing Traffic
Content is the source of all attention and traffic
People use the internet for content. This content can be information (education, news, updates etc.) or entertainment (music, movies etc.). If there is no content on the internet, then there is no web traffic generated in the first place.
A website like Facebook doesn’t create its own content but has created a way for us to share content with friends and family. We log in to Facebook to find out what others are up to and that’s also a form of content. We call Facebook a social media channel, but, at the end of the day, it is just a very efficient content curator.
Google also doesn’t create content on its own but organizes all the world’s information in an intelligent way. The search results page with links to other websites is the content that Google creates. We call Google a search engine, but it is also a content curator
Blogs, news websites, and other content channels on the web attract attention from people because they give away good content for free.
Attention a valuable resource because it converted into interest, then desire, then a decision, and then finally an action (a sale).
Buying a house vs renting a house
The two major ways to attract traffic online are similar to renting a house vs buying a house. If you buy a house, you are investing huge money upfront, but there is no need to pay rent every month.
Once the pain of investing money has gone away, you are living in your own home for free for the rest of your life. You also protected against inflation. And you will never be kicked out of your own house.
However, if you do not have money to invest, you can rent a house, but you kicked out the moment you stop paying the rent. Also, you have to pay more over time to adjust for inflation and you have no protection against it. If the house owner asks you to pay 50 percent more at some point, you have to, or else you will be kicked out.
Paid traffic is like renting a house
Depending on paid traffic is very much like renting a house to live in. The moment you stop paying other websites (be it Google, Facebook, or any other website), your traffic stops.
Without traffic, you will have no prospects and no customers. Also, historically, the cost of paid sources of traffic always keeps going up as you have more and more competition. Your margins will become thinner and thinner. You have no protection against such cost inflation.
And just like maintaining a house is easy once the initial construction is complete. It maintained a content asset is easy once you have finished building it. You just need to keep publishing good-quality content on a regular basis to keep the momentum going.
For example, a blog — Veetly.com — took one year to build to a significant level. But after that, all it took was a regular publishing schedule of quality content and since then the traffic has been growing steadily.
Should we not invest in paid traffic at all?
I am not advocating that we shouldn’t invest money in paid traffic at all. It is OK to invest in paid traffic if you are using it to build your content assets instead of trying to sell directly.
If you try to sell directly using paid traffic, a huge percentage of it will not convert because you have not built a relationship with them and they do not trust you. And this model will not sustain for a long time because your margins will become thinner and at some point, non-existent.

Attention needs to be monetized
Content attracts attention. And creating content costs money. To create more content, one needs to monetize the attention in one way or the other. For example, I create a lot of content on this blog — and I get the attention of people like you who are interested in learning more about digital marketing.
Attention makes up the top of the funnel. But it is not always necessary that I need to own the bottom of the funnel as well. Instead of selling my own products, I can ‘rent’ out the attention to people who do not have the top of the funnel (ToFu).
